Order Processing Times

• Processing Days: Orders are processed from Monday through Saturday.

• Processing Time: All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

• Tracking Notification: Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number to monitor your package in real time.

• Estimated Shipping / Transit Time: 8 to 15 business days

• Shipping Fee: Free standard shipping on all orders.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or local carrier logistics beyond our control.

Order Changes & Address Updates

If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order details, please contact us immediately at cholofuemtes980@gmail.com. Because we aim to process orders within 1 to 3 business days, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the shipping process.

Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days from receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to our customer service team. We will contact the shipping carrier to investigate and ensure your issue is resolved promptly.
